1. General conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products offered by Risso Cornici through the website www.rissocornici.it.
All purchase contracts concluded through the website are subject to these Terms and Conditions, which are deemed fully accepted by the customer upon order submission.
Risso Cornici reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. Order acceptance is considered confirmed unless otherwise communicated to the customer.
2. Order acceptance
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the product information, prices, and these Terms and Conditions.
The contract is considered concluded when Risso Cornici confirms the order via email or starts production of the product.
3. Purchase conditions
Customers may purchase only products listed in the online catalogue at the time of ordering.
Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the final product, especially in the case of handmade or made-to-order items.
Such differences do not affect the essential characteristics of the product and do not constitute a valid reason for order cancellation or refusal of delivery.
4. Prices
All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Risso Cornici reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Production and shipping begin only after payment confirmation, where applicable.
6. Production and availability
Products may be available immediately or produced on request.
Production times shown on product pages are indicative and may vary depending on workload and manufacturing processes.
7. Shipping
Delivery times shown on the website are additional to production, manufacturing, and preparation times.
Shipments are handled by selected express couriers, including GLS and DHL. The choice of courier is made by the seller based on destination and logistical requirements.
Delivery times provided by couriers are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays caused by external factors beyond the seller’s control do not entitle the customer to refunds or order cancellation.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
8. Delivery and inspection
Upon delivery, the customer must check the integrity of the package.
In case of visible damage, it is recommended to accept the delivery with a specific reservation and immediately report the issue to the seller.
9. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, made-to-measure items, or products produced according to customer specifications, including any items modified or assembled upon request.
For standard (non-customized) products, returns are accepted only upon prior agreement and items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
10. Warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty for conformity defects in accordance with applicable law.
Any defects must be reported within a reasonable time after receiving the product.
11. Liability
Risso Cornici’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
The company is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, or improper use of the product.

15. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
For consumers, jurisdiction lies with the court of the customer’s place of residence. In all other cases, the competent court is the Court of Chiavari.
